Additional works included the construction of paved walkways, provision of a new septic tank, and erection of palisade fencing.

EASTERN CAPE

The Safe Omitted Scope Programme was initiated by the Department of Education in the Eastern Cape to construct external works and stormwater control infrastructure around the Eastern Cape province. The Mvula Trust, acting as the leading client representative, oversaw the programme. Diatho Consulting (Pty) Ltd undertook 21 projects, which were completed between April and July 2024.
